Cellulite (lipodystrophy) is a pathological change in the skin's structure, manifesting as unevenness, lumps, and dimples, commonly known as "orange peel skin ", affecting 80–90% of women. It results from impaired blood and lymph circulation, leading to uneven distribution of fat, water, and toxins in the subcutaneous tissue. It primarily affects women, appearing on the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.

Causes
The main causes are hormonal imbalances (excess estrogen), genetics, poor diet, lack of physical activity, and microcirculation problems.

Types
Aqueous cellulite - often found in thin people, it manifests as swelling and is associated with water retention.
Adipose cellulite - associated with excess fat tissue and lack of exercise, it is characterized by sagging skin.
Stages - cellulite progresses from lesions invisible to the naked eye (grade I), through visible upon pressing (grade II), visible upon standing (grade III), to advanced, firm, and sometimes painful lesions (grade IV).
Reduction
